Franklin, it's all about preparation that makes RKC cert fun. I didn't see the physical part that difficult (except for Kenneth Jay's death march), but really deal with mental and intelligence aspect as well.
So physical struggle is supposed to be cleared before RKC.

By the way, sorry I haven't specified it, it is not the Danish Cert but the one the weekend after in Budapest, organized by Peter Lakatos for KM people. You have mentioned this event in a post earlier this year.
OK, I think I got it.
My first couple of ranks are IKMF (International Krav Maga Federation) based. My instructor in Japan may have a chance knowing Peter. Something he said about an instructor in Budapest.
