I spent time in Minnesota with my body clock Tokyo time. Yesterday, I fell asleep at 11:00 am and woke up 19:00. I'm now living in central time zone USA.

I haven't done any kettlebell works since CK-FMS which would be nearly a week. Still can't believe it has been only 2 days and half in Japan after a week long trip to Minnesota.

The other day, Aaron and I talked about "who's (or what's) Jesus" and both came up with very unorthodox answer. If we discussed this back in colonial America such place as Salem (now Massachusetts), we'd be hung.
