Still Not Sleeping at Right Time

Friend Tyler (on left) at beer festival in downtown Minneapolis
And yes, I admitt I drank nearly 30 different beers this day.

It's nearly a week since I got back here in Japan but still I'm sleeping in odd hours.

I slept (thought I took a nap) at 21:00 and woke up at 1:00. Staying up since.

But this is getting better because once I slept at 11:00 and woke up at 19:00.

CK-FMS remedial drills have helped me athletically. My fighting skill fairly the same, but the amount of energy I'm using is fairly low. I feel better than any part of my life.

Jet lag is the worst, especially (IMO) when you go home. Hang in there.

You'll probably feel even better when you sleep properly.

It's our pleasure to see you when you come to St. Paul. I look forward to the next time.

Thanks Aaron. It sounds a little bit long when I said my next visit will be June 2010. I'll try look into go to your place a little bit more frequent, therefore must work harder.

These ladies pictured were ones Tyler talked and they were strangers. Today that I found one is Molly and another one Danielle. Don't ask me how and why.

Tyler's a future stepson of my high school football teammate, Chris Brooks. Chris is the one who was organizing my flight back.
