
I'm working on my thorasic spine mobility to straighten up my bad posture habit and seems to be working these days. Only that I make this as habit, I will maintain.
Good posture with some of Pavel's "Loaded Stretch" gave a very solid hook punch. I believe my thorasic spine alignment was jamming the shoulder mobility. But my movement this day was far better than any part of my life.
Practice wise, I haven't touched much kettlebell and done some pull ups. May be swing and Turkish Get Up will be a good addition. Just for now, gaining better posture.
