I attended the level 4 and level 5 of Krav Maga, 5 being the last stop for any practitioners. I am blue belt in this art and have the longest experience among the Japanese students and all other instructors except the chief.
Krav Maga to me, is pretty much like attending a church. It provides inner peace and lots of ideas throughout life. I can be humble and people I meet there, students and instructors are great.
Been Nelsoned during practice(one of the submission method in Martial art) but didn't work on me. However this got me some stiff rhomboids and had to ice my back.
Training is going well, and I started to teach kettlebells during week days. Hoping good things happen.
