40days Program Day 10



Nothing much. My brother sent me a link to picture albumn of his trip to Austria and Italy. Italy trip's albumn had over 800 pictures and was too long.
I wrote him "thanks" and also added "You don't need to post pictures of same pasta, cat, drinks, swimming pool multiple times" .
Typical communication with him.


Kettlebell Dead Lift (44kg+40)X2 5 for 2 sets

Jack knife pull 10 reps for 2 set - off from pullups, placed my feet on ladder to do this.

Hanging Leg Raise 5 reps for 2 sets

Military Press 28kg Left/Right 3 reps for 2 sets

Double Swing 32kgX2 25 reps

Turkish Get Up 36kg 1/1 1/1 1/1
