40days Program Day 17

This was Saturday, September 3rd.
Exhausted from doing lots of Krav Maga.
Sore neck and headaches at night.

Straight Bridge 10,10

Jack Knife Pull 10, 8, 6, 5, 5

Military Press 28kg Left/Right 3 reps for 1 set

Two arm Swing 32kg 10reps

Turkish Get Up 16kg 2/2

Ring Jack Knife 5

Body weight Squat 6,7,5

Just enough to continue training, mentally and physically depleted.
