Kettlebell Dead Lift 44kgX2 5 for 2 sets

Pull up body weight 3 reps for 2 sets, 2 reps for 2 sets

Military Press 32kg Left/Right 3 reps for 2 sets

Double Swing 32kgX2 20 reps

Turkish Get Up 36kg 1/1 1/1 1/1 1/1 1/1 - for military press and pullup

Hanging leg Raise 5 reps

Handstand half pushup 10,10

Crush Curl 16kg 5,5 - to ease up pullup reps.

Body Weight Bridge 3
